the city saw hundreds of thousands of tourists come to the city because of this game. cnn's rachel nichols joins us now. rachel, you were at that game. black eye for new orleans? >> reporter: it's interesting you talk about the breaker. it's kind of what happens in your basement, you go flip up the breaker and put it back in. the abnormality you referred to is about the power feed that comes into the stadium. it registered an abnormality in the amount of power coming in here, flipped open the breaker as sort of an auto shutoff to compensate. officials had to go in and reflick it back and get all the lights around the stadium up. you showed john harbaugh, the ravens coach, looking so heated. here's the inside scoop on why a ravens official told me it wasn't about the power being off and getting the game started. it was when they wanted to restart the game. on the 49ers sideline, their head set, their coaches head sets weren't working. so the officials asked the ravens to turn their headsets off as well to make it a fair advantage. the ravens have a coach up in the box.

a large tornado in there is coming across the city from west to east. finally pulled to the north, just north of hattiesburg proper. a very large tornado. that's a lightning flash as transformers pop. a lot of damage. we're already seeing it here. also, more tornadoes still possible tonight. we still have watches in effect across the region. a lot of lightning out there right now. this is going to continue for a lot of the night. here's another piece of video north of the tornado lacking right straight at it, how black it is right there. a wedge tornado on the ground. thinking at this point in time that's either an f-2 or f-3 tornado with debris falling from the sky. damage being done at the surface, on the ground. that debris being picked up and thrown in the sky. oak grove high school was damaged. a couple people were in there, but so far we've just seen the damage and no reports of any significant injuries. there are injuries out there, but certainly at this point, no fatalities as it's obviously too early to tell. that happened only a couple hours a

we screened in sioux city before anyone had seen the movie for all the administrators in the movie. obviously we've been down a long road with this community and i will make a point thanking them for their courage in making this film, which is what you thought nobody would ever do, which is allow a camera to film for a year inside a building and film those interactions and those conversations. but they did it because they wanted to do better. but when we first did the screening, someone that had been an administrator for many many years basically said, listen, if we're going to be honest in unpacking this movie, then we have to recognize and i'll be the first one to say it, that i have made those mistakes. i have rushed to judge. i have gotten it wrong in exactly that same way many times in my career. then suddenly the conversation started to flow and not only did people connect to how they missed those moments and that they don't, that they felt they didn't have the training to catch those moments or really do that inner reflection, but then they started sharing their stories of be
